These Beta Program Terms (“Beta Terms”) are a supplement to the Auroxa Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which apply in full and are incorporated by reference. They govern your participation in the Auroxa beta program (the “Beta”). By checking the beta opt-in box at signup, you agree to these Beta Terms. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, these Beta Terms control for the duration of the Beta.
Plain-language summary
The Beta provides free access to Auroxa's Pro-tier features for a limited founding cohort of up to 20 businesses. Your individual beta period runs six (6) months from the date you accept these Beta Terms (the “Beta Period” — your acceptance date is recorded at signup). We may extend your Beta Period; we will not shorten it except as described in Section 8. Participation is free of charge — no payment method is required and you will not be billed during your Beta Period.
The Beta involves pre-release software that is still being tested. It may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features, and may experience interruptions or downtime. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice. The Service during the Beta is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, and without any service-level commitment.
As set out in Section 7 of the Terms of Service: Auroxa does not guarantee any SEO results, search rankings, AI-engine citations, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business outcome — during the Beta or otherwise. Search and AI answer engines are operated by third parties and behave outside our control.
The Service generates content using artificial intelligence. AI output can contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing, and approving all content before you publish it, and for everything you publish. Section 6 of the Terms of Service applies in full.
We will actively ask you for feedback — bug reports, feature requests, and impressions. You agree that Auroxa may freely use, implement, and commercialize any feedback or suggestions you provide, without restriction, attribution, or compensation. Feedback does not include your content.
The founding beta is free because your results help us tell Auroxa's story. By accepting these Beta Terms you agree that Auroxa may feature your business name, website, and the results you achieve with the Service (for example: search rankings, visibility scores, traffic figures, and content published through the Service) in Auroxa marketing — including our website, ads, emails, and social media. This permission comes with three protections:
If you don't want your results used this way, simply don't claim a founding beta seat — the Service's standard free trial does not include this section.
You must be at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility requirements of the Terms of Service. One beta slot per person or business. Slots are limited and granted at our discretion on a first-come basis.
The Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification sections of the Terms of Service apply in full to the Beta. Because the Beta is free, you acknowledge that the amounts paid by you — and therefore the primary measure of our aggregate liability — will be zero, subject to the minimum stated in the Terms of Service and any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Beta Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, on the same basis as the Terms of Service.
